Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically embrace MarineMax values and pursue sales opportunities.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale.
• Acquire full knowledge of the product line and features for demonstration.
• Show products in showroom and at displays, and demonstrate boats on the water.
• Follow the sales process, prospect new customers, and follow up with leads.
• Input and maintain customer data in the IDS system and use it to drive sales.
• Accurately quote sales price, taxes, trade‑in, and licensing; coordinate financing needs.
• Project a professional image and oversee delivery of each unit sold.
• Introduce customers to the dealership team and support service promotions.
• Lead and support customer events and participate in boat shows.
