Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop Outfitters.
• Ability to read reports, manage pricing and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Boat & ATV Department including sales, service, parts, inventory.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Ensure world-class customer service and achievement of financial plans.
• Maintain product presentation and pricing to corporate standards.
• Open and close the store (Free Standing Only) and manage daily operations.
• Promote customer decision-making and CLUB membership initiatives.
• Resolve customer and associate issues to improve NPS scores.
