Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat Services Manager to lead the Boat Service area in-store, directing daily activities, inventory control, and service delivery. You will oversee pricing, warranty processing, rigging, and parts operations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a safe, productive work environment.

You will collaborate with the Boat Manager to staff, train, and evaluate associates, drive service and parts sales to meet financial goals, and coordinate special events.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years in Retail Boating or similar industry; Supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to supervise and direct service and parts associates to meet goals

Aufgaben

• Schedule and assign all service, rigging and warranty work orders and ensure timely customer satisfaction
• Provide daily supervision and direction to Service Department associates
• Manage unit and parts inventories and ensure accurate records
• Coordinate warranty claims, submissions and timely payments
• Assist Boat Manager with staffing, training, and performance input; participate in interviewing and scheduling
