Bass Pro Shops in Altoona, IA is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to help customers find the right boat and ATV solutions. You will engage shoppers, explain features, and guide purchases to ensure a positive experience.

You will maintain product knowledge, use CRM tools to track leads, process orders, and coordinate with the service team to ensure delivery. A high school education is required, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in selecting boating and ATV products.
• Provide information to help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain product knowledge via brochures, internet, and training.
• Engage customers entering the department in a friendly, timely manner.
• Process sales and manage leads in CRM daily, including follow-up.
• Prepare showroom with signage and keep products clean and sellable.
• Coordinate with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery.
• Follow company policies, protect customer confidentiality, and meet sales goals.
