Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Manager to supervise one or more Sales Departments, ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of financial plans. You will staff, train, and coach associates, maintain planograms, and resolve issues to deliver a legendary shopping experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, managing schedules, interviewing, and executing company sales plans while promoting memberships and in-store programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in Retail Management.
• Meets or exceeds all financial plans as set by the Company.
• Ability to read and analyze reports.
• Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervise one or more Sales Departments and ensure excellent customer service.
• Open and close the Store; assume Manager on Duty responsibilities.
• Staff departments with service-oriented associates; interview, train, and develop staff.
• Maintain planograms as directed by Corporate Office.
• Resolve customer and associate issues and drive sales initiatives.
