Bass Pro Shops in Rocklin, CA is seeking a Boat and ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in making informed buying decisions and to drive sales. The role involves greeting guests, assessing boating/ATV needs, and presenting products with current promotions.

You will maintain the showroom, manage CRM leads, and coordinate with the Service Department to ensure smooth deliveries. Starting pay ranges from $16.90–$18.75 per hour with full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Meet with potential customers to determine boating and ATV needs and provide information to help decision making.
• Maintain showroom with proper signage and keep products clean and sellable.
• Generate and manage leads in CRM and conduct follow up activities with customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and support seamless delivery with the Service Department.
