Bass Pro Shops in Gainesville, VA is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting boating and ATV gear with friendly, expert service.

You will engage customers, determine needs, present information, maintain product knowledge, manage leads in our CRM, and help ensure a seamless delivery and checkout experience while meeting monthly sales goals. Prep showroom daily and participate in events to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly and timely manner to determine boating/ATV needs.
• Provide information to help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain product knowledge using brochures, internet and trainings.
• Manage leads and follow up in the CRM on a daily basis.
• Prepare showroom with proper signage and ensure products are clean and presentable.
• Work with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and complete required paperwork.
• Assist with events like boat shows and parking lot events.
