Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat Services Manager to lead the Boat Service area within our store. You will supervise associates, schedule service and warranty work, manage inventory, and drive customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership and teamwork.

The role emphasizes coordinating events, maintaining safe operations, and delivering world-class service while working closely with the Boat Manager to meet financial and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Retail Boating or similar industry; Supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer and team interaction
• Ability to read and analyze reports and present information to managers and staff
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data management and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Boat Service associates daily.
• Schedule and assign service, rigging and warranty work orders; ensure timely completion.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support warranty claims processing.
• Promote world-class customer service and a productive team environment.
• Coordinate interviewing, training and performance input with the Boat Manager.
• Assist in coordinating special events and boat shows.
• Ensure safe, clean, and secure work environment.
