Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a dedicated BCBA to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for children with autism. The role includes remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, and collaboration across home, daycare, and school settings to ensure seamless care.

You will work with a supportive back-office team and uphold HIPAA and BACB guidelines while delivering clinical excellence and mentoring RBTs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Experience in treatment planning and supervision preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.
At Achievements ABA Therapy, you'll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!
