Job summary

Achivements ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated BCBA to advance clinical excellence and make a meaningful difference for children with autism and their families. You will lead treatment planning and supervise RBTs, with options for remote or in-person work in homes, daycares, and schools across NC, GA, and AZ.

You’ll be supported by a back-office team, while you focus on delivering exceptional clinical care, parent training, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB) is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• NC LBA or in process to obtain LBA is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
