Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and provide remote or in-person supervision to RBTs, delivering ethical and effective care.

You will train parents, participate in team meetings, and support children across home, daycares, and schools in North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona, with back-office support to focus on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings for collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
