Job summary

Achieving ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to advance clinical care for children with autism in North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona. The role offers remote or in-person supervision, along with parent training and home/school accessibility across multiple settings.

You will lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with teams to ensure ethical, high-quality care while benefiting from strong back-office support and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual a plus; NC LBA must be obtained or in process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
