Achievements ABA Therapy NC seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services in homes, daycares, and schools across North Carolina. You will develop individualized plans and supervise RBTs, with opportunities for parent training and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
• Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Our services are deliveredin-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able tofocus entirely on clinical excellence, while ourdedicated back-office team handles administrative tasksto support your success.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
