Achievements ABA Therapy NC is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona, focusing on treatment planning and supervision.

You'll train families, work in home, daycare, and school settings, and collaborate with a dedicated team. Part-time and full-time positions available, with mentorship, CEUs, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training.
• North Carolina LBA must be obtained or in process to obtain North Carolina LBA.
• Bilingual is a plus, though not required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
