Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The role includes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, parent training, assessments, and team collaboration across homes, daycares, and schools.

You will deliver services across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona with support from a back-office team to focus on clinical excellence and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• NC LBA certification or in process to obtain NC LBA
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred
• Bilingual is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!
