Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to make a meaningful difference for children with autism and their families. The role includes remote or in-person supervision, parent training, and conducting assessments across home, daycare and school settings in North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona.

You will focus on clinical excellence while a back-office team handles administrative tasks, with compensation ranging from $90.00 to $115.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active or in progress.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required. Must have NC LBA or be in process to obtain NC LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
