Achievements ABA Therapy NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services. The role includes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona.

Focus on clinical excellence with strong administrative support to maximize client outcomes. Compensation is $90.00 - $115.00 per hour, contingent on experience, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
