Achievements ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a dedicated BCBA to drive clinical excellence across in-home, daycare, and school settings. The role includes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training to support children with autism and their families.

With North Carolina LBA requirements, the BCBA will collaborate with a back-office team to ensure compliant, compassionate care while guiding client outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual a plus, not required.
• Must have NC LBA or be in process to obtain NC LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
