Achievements ABA Therapy NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment planning and supervise RBTs, either remotely or in-person, across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona.

You will train parents, participate in team meetings, and support clients in home, daycare, and school environments while ensuring HIPAA and BACB compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
