Achieving Stars Therapy in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.

This role offers a hybrid work location in Colorado with a 30-40 hour work week and a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 per year, plus benefits such as health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities
