Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in South Carolina. You will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services, design interventions, and supervise therapists.

Responsibilities include assessments, intervention plans, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Travel and on-site engagement are required to support families and clients.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers.

Job Summary:

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.

Duties:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB

• Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers
