Job Summary:

Ahead ABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, while also supporting their families every step of the way. About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. You will also maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Schedule:
  • Pay Range: $90 - $120/hour

  • Full-Time: 5- 15 hours/week or Part-Time Available
