Job summary

Able Stars ABA in Denver is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We offer hybrid scheduling, clinical autonomy, and supportive leadership to focus on high-quality care for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL), supervise RBTs, collect data, write plans, and collaborate with a multi-state team. We value growth, mentorship, and a culture that celebrates outcomes for families.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • State licensure where required (licensure support available).
  • Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
  • Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
  • Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation and BACB supervision requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide clinical decisions.
  • Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
  • Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
  • Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
  • Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
  • Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
  • Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
  • Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
  • Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and attend company training and meetings.
  • Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements.
Compensation and Schedule:
  • Competitive pay, flexible hours
  • Full-Time or Part-Time Available — Full-Time is 25+ billable hours/week; anything under is Part-Time
  • Hybrid: telehealth with in-person client visits as required
Skills and Qualifications:
  • BCBA certification is good standing with the BACB.
  • State licensure where required (licensure support available).
  • Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; calm and effective under pressure.
  • Ability to pass a background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting (completed before your start date — we’ll guide you through it).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Required completion of the 8-hour BACB supervision course.
