Achieving Stars Therapy KS is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The role involves working with individuals, families and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and to supervise therapists.

Duties include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs, and monitoring progress through data while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Proficient in behavioral assessments and interventions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers.

Job Summary:

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
