Job summary

Able Stars ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growth-oriented, multi-state ABA practice with hybrid scheduling. The BCBA will supervise staff, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, and ensure data-driven clinical decisions across a caseload of children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Candidates should hold BCBA certification in good standing, possess a master's degree in psychology/ABA, and have experience supervising RBTs/BTs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing (BACB)
• Master's degree in psychology, ABA, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and writing treatment plans
• Background in data collection and analysis for ongoing progress monitoring

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee clinical aspects of assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation with BACB supervision.
• Collect and analyze client data to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Maintain monthly billable hour expectations and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in trainings and meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
• Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and attend company training and meetings.
• Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Competitive pay, flexible hours
• Full-Time or Part-Time Available - Full-Time is 25+ billable hours/week; anything under is Part-Time
• Hybrid: telehealth with in-person client visits as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• BCBA certification is good standing with the BACB.
• State licensure where required (licensure support available).
• Master's degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; calm and effective under pressure.
• Ability to pass a background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting (completed before your start date - we'll guide you through it).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Required completion of the 8-hour BACB supervision course.
