Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a pivotal role serving individuals, families, and caregivers. You will guide RBTs, conduct assessments, and design behavior intervention plans to drive meaningful progress for clients with autism.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification (BACB) required.

Job description

Job Summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide guidance and supervision to RBTs assigned to cases.


Duties


  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs

  • Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers


Requirements


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB

  • Experience working with children with autism

  • Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions

  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations

  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers

Job Type: Full Time


Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 annually


Expected hours: 40 per week
