Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work setting in Kansas. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and supervision to therapists.

You will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support clients with autism. Relocation to Kansas and travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 anually
