Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.

The role includes potential FT/PT arrangements with a compensation range of $80,000–$95,000 annually and an expected 30–35 hours per week.

Qualifications

BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
Experience working with children with autism is required.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is required.
Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers.
