Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in autism services. It features a hybrid work location, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and dedicated support for staff

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience with children with autism.
  • Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions.
  • HIPAA regulations familiarity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, caregivers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
  • Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Job description

Job Summary: Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. Duties:
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB
  • Experience working with children with autism
  • Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers

Job Type: FT

Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 anually

Expected hours: 40 per week
