Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a personalized, premium BMW ownership experience.
• Educate customers on BMW technology, vehicle features, controls, connectivity, and driver-assistance systems.
• Conduct vehicle deliveries and Encore Delivery appointments to reinforce the customer’s buying decision and help them get the most from their BMW.
• Support customers after delivery by answering product questions and providing hands-on technology assistance.
• Assist guests on the service drive with vehicle features and technology, adding value to the service experience and strengthening customer confidence in their vehicle.
• Stay current on BMW models, features, technology, and product updates.
• Partner with Sales, Service, and other dealership teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Pay
