Job summary

BMW of Santa Monica seeks a BMW Genius to help deliver a premium ownership experience by explaining BMW technology and features to guests. You will support deliveries, Encore appointments, and on-site tech assistance to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on BMW technology, vehicle features, controls, connectivity, and driver-assistance systems.
• Conduct vehicle deliveries and Encore Delivery appointments to reinforce buying decisions.
• Support customers after delivery by answering product questions and providing hands-on tech assistance.
• Assist guests on the service drive with vehicle features and technology, adding value to service.
• Stay current on BMW models, features, technology, and product updates.
• Partner with Sales, Service, and other dealership teams for a seamless experience.

As a BMW Genius, you will help create an exceptional ownership experience by making BMW’s advanced features and technology easy for customers to understand and enjoy. From supporting vehicle deliveries and Encore Delivery appointments to assisting guests with technology questions on the service drive, you will serve as a trusted product expert throughout the customer’s ownership journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, connecting with people, and helping customers get the most from their BMW.

What You Will Do

• Assist guests on the service drive with vehicle features and technology, adding value to the service experience and strengthening customer confidence in their vehicle.
• Stay current on BMW models, features, technology, and product updates.
• Partner with Sales, Service, and other dealership teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet applicable dealership and manufacturer requirements.

Pay: $ 20.00 - $20.00 per hour + bonuses based on performance.
