Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a personalized, premium BMW ownership experience.
- Educate customers on BMW technology, vehicle features, controls, connectivity, and driver-assistance systems.
- Conduct vehicle deliveries and Encore Delivery appointments to reinforce buying decisions.
- Support customers after delivery by answering product questions and providing hands-on tech assistance.
- Assist guests on the service drive with vehicle features and technology, adding value to service.
- Stay current on BMW models, features, technology, and product updates.
- Partner with Sales, Service, and other dealership teams for a seamless experience.
