Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Boston is seeking a BMW Genius/Porter to welcome guests and support the sales team in delivering a seamless car-buying experience.

You will develop relationships, provide exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the dealership’s service and sales process. Responsibilities include assisting sales staff, maintaining professional appearance, and ensuring a respectful work environment; must be 18+, have a valid license, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the sales associates and managers to ensure a seamless customer purchase and exceptional experience.

Compensation $20-$22 hourly

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
