Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. You will coordinate design reviews, installation, commissioning, and testing, ensuring on-time, on-budget results while meeting safety and quality standards.

You will manage stakeholders and vendors, control project scope, schedule and costs, and oversee FAT, SAT, IST, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• BMS/EPMS experience with design, installation, commissioning and handover.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; develop schedules and budgets.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and integration with other systems.
• Manage client, contractor, engineer, and supplier communications and meetings.
• Identify risks and quality issues; implement mitigation plans and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST testing and project handover documentation.
• Oversee project financials including costs, forecasting, and change orders.
