Job summary

Amteck is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will manage design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

You will oversee FAT, SAT, IST, and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining effective communication and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong background in BMS and control systems.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BMS-specific certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules and budgets.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project handover; manage as-built drawings and operation manuals.
• Oversee project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
