Job summary

Amteck is hiring for a BMS/EPMS Project Manager. This role reports to the Vice President of Electrical Service and leads end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover, on time and within budget.

You will coordinate planning, technical oversight, stakeholder and vendor management, risk and quality controls, and testing (FAT/SAT/IST) to ensure smooth project closeout and handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction/building services with BMS exposure.
• PM/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with detailed plans.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning and integration.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, contracts, and meetings.
