Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, including design, installation, integration, commissioning and handover. You will manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include FAT/SAT/IST oversight, risk and quality management, and liaison with clients, engineers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services with BMS/EPMS focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
• PMP/PRINCE2 or BMS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, and budgets; identify deliverables.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, and commissioning per specs.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify risks and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and IST; manage project closeout and handover docs.
• Track costs, change orders, and assist with billing.
