Job summary

Amteck is looking for a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will guide design, installation, integration, and commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with safety standards.

Responsibilities include planning, technical oversight, vendor and stakeholder management, risk control, FAT/SAT/IST testing, and thorough project closeout with complete documentation for operations across sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction or building services with BMS/control systems.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and integration protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules and budgets.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and systems integration.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, contracts, and meetings; lead risk & quality management.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project closeout; ensure documentation and handover to operations.
• Monitor finances: cost control, forecasting, margin analysis, and change orders.
