Qualifications

• 3 Years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• General understanding of building automation systems focusing on Siemens Desigo/Insight, Honeywell EBI, Web CTRL Autologic.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm screens for various BMS systems.
• Dispatch alarms and respond to issues during off-hours.
• Troubleshoot equipment with site mechanics and HVAC techs.
• Mentor Operators on BAS review and alarm handling.
• Review pass-down emails and prior shift notes for awareness.
• Escalate major incidents to client and BAS leadership.
