Formación

• Technical knowledge of control theory and building automation systems.
• 0-2 years of experience as a BMS operator or similar role in facility management.
• Strong communication and writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work with facility management teams and external contractors.
• HVAC-related certification preferred.
• Familiarity with BMS platforms (Trane, Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and operate BMS including HVAC and lighting.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot alarms and faults.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
• Respond to alarms, investigate root causes, and escalate per protocol.
