Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a BMS/operator role or facilities management.
• Familiarity with BMS platforms and real-time monitoring.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to troubleshoot systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) including HVAC and lighting.
• Respond to alarms, perform diagnostics, and resolve faults.
• Analyze energy data and optimize system performance.
• Coordinate with site teams to maintain safety and compliance.
• Document logs, alarms, and maintenance actions.
