Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a BMS Console Operator to monitor Google campus environments from a central center. You will manage real-time BMS surveillance, alarms, HVAC controls, and incident escalation, ensuring uptime and KPI compliance.

The role requires 2–4+ years in central monitoring or HVAC control environments, familiarity with major BMS platforms, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in central monitoring, BMS console ops, critical environments, or commercial HVAC controls.
• Familiar with major BMS/DDC platforms such as Metasys, Desigo/Apogee, WebCTRL, EcoStruxure, or Alerton.
• Strong customer service etiquette for client calls, dispatches, and ticket handling.

Responsibilities

• Console surveillance and alarm mitigation across campus BMS front-ends; triage, acknowledge, and resolve alarms in real time.
• Call center and customer service: serve as technical contact for tickets, adjust setpoints remotely to maintain comfort and energy efficiency.
• Emergency response and incident escalation: coordinate with on-site techs and prepare incident reports within SLA timelines.
• Maintain KPI attainment and shift coverage; log shift activity, handovers, and maintenance tickets.
