Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Clayton, NC, is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to maintain and improve the BMS system across aseptic production support. You will focus on reliability, standards, and coordination with operations to meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5 years of HVAC/utilities experience, and hands-on Siemens BMS tools; you will mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement using lean approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience with HVAC/utilities troubleshooting in pharma or biotech facilities.
• Knowledgeable in Siemens BMS - Insight and Historian Info Center; proficient with MS Office and SAP.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand internal/external customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute plans to maintain & improve BMS system.
• Schedule & execute plans in coordination with operations schedules.
• Support IA projects & process improvement plans.
• Develop & maintain system documents, including specifications & maintenance plans.
• Coach & train Facility Engineers & Facility Maintenance Technicians.
• Employ cLEAN® tools within the main areas of problem solving, project & change management.
• Coach & train users of the BMS.
