Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC is seeking a seasoned Facilities Engineer to maintain and improve the BMS system across aseptic production support. You will focus on reliability, safety, and regulatory alignment while coordinating with operations and projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in engineering with HVAC/utilities in pharma settings, Siemens BMS knowledge, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering and strong HVAC/utilities troubleshooting in pharmaceutical or biotech facility.
• Knowledgeable in Siemens BMS - Insight & Siemens Historian – Info Center; proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Customer-driven, understands internal/external customers' needs and prioritizes work.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute plans to maintain & improve BMS system
• Schedule & execute plans in coordination with operations schedules
• Support IA projects & process improvement plans
• Develop & maintain system documents, including specifications & maintenance plans
• Coach & train Facility Engineers & Facility Maintenance Technicians
• Employ cLEAN® tools within the main areas of problem solving, project & change management
• Coach & train users of the BMS
