Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to maintain and improve the BMS system, ensuring compliance with customer, business, and regulatory requirements. You will focus on people, equipment, and standards gatekeeping while collaborating with the Facilities Engineering team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with at least 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, especially aseptic processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, especially aseptic processing, preferred.
• Knowledge of Siemens BMS Insight & Historian InfoCenter; MS Office and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to maintain and improve the BMS system.
• Develop IA project ideas and prepare PPM submittals.
• Schedule and execute plans in coordination with operations schedules.
• Support IA projects and process improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain system documents, including specifications and maintenance plans.
• Coach and train Facility Engineers and Facility Maintenance Technicians.
• Apply lean tools in problem solving, project and change management.
• Coach and train users of the BMS.
