Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Facilities Engineer to maintain and improve the BMS system reliability, ensuring compliance with current and projected regulatory requirements. You will lead projects, coordinate with operations, and develop system documents while mentoring engineers and technicians.

This role requires a strong background in engineering, HVAC/utilities in pharma or biotech manufacturing and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to deliver sustainable improvements across a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering and HVAC/utilities troubleshooting experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing facility.
• Knowledgeable in Siemens BMS - Insight & Siemens Historian – Info Center; Proficient in MS Office and SAP preferred.
• Strong project management and planning/organization skills; ability to lead initiatives.
• Customer-focused; understands internal/external customer needs and translates into efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to maintain and improve the BMS system.
• Develop IA project ideas and prepare PPM submittals.
• Schedule and coordinate plans with operations schedules.
• Support IA projects and process improvement; maintain system documents and specifications.
• Coach and train Facility Engineers and Maintenance Technicians.
• Apply LEAN tools for problem solving, project and change management.
• Coach and train users of the BMS.
