Job summary
Novo Nordisk is seeking a Facilities Engineer to maintain and improve the BMS system, ensuring compliance with current and future regulatory and business requirements. You will work across a cross-functional team and lead reliability initiatives within aseptic production facilities.
The role emphasizes project planning, documentation, and hands-on engineering, with coaching responsibilities for engineers and technicians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience with strong HVAC/utilities troubleshooting in pharma or biotech manufacturing, preferably aseptic processing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to maintain and improve the BMS system.
- Develop IA project ideas and prepare PM submittals.
- Coordinate with operations to schedule and execute plans.
- Support IA projects and process improvement plans.
- Develop and maintain system documents, including specifications and maintenance plans.
- Coach and train Facility Engineers and Technicians.
- Apply LEAN tools for problem solving, project, and change management.
- Train users of the BMS.
