Job summary

Startek is hiring a Customer Support Executive for the Zomato blended process (Chat + Voice). The role requires excellent communication in English and Hindi and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include handling voice and chat queries, resolving order-related issues, refunds, and other inquiries, while adhering to SOPs and meeting quality targets. Night shifts and rotational offs apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent and fluent English and Hindi required.
• Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
• Own laptop and stable internet connection required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat support.
• Resolve concerns related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and other queries.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and follow SOPs.
• Achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
