Shift – Night Shifts

Work Schedule – 5 Days working

Responsibilities

• Chat and Email coordination with customers
• Effective communication via mail/chat
• Assist digital team with online campaigns
• Protect brand image and reputation in the market
• Provide real‑time support
• Escalate to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
• Communicate well (verbal & written)
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Maintain a customer‑centric attitude
