Job summary

Startek is hiring a Customer Support Executive for the Zomato blended process (Chat + Voice). The role requires excellent communication in English and Hindi and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include handling voice and chat queries, resolving order-related issues, refunds, and other inquiries, while adhering to SOPs and meeting quality targets. Night shifts and rotational offs apply.

Job Overview

Startek is hiring Customer Support Executives for the Zomato blended process, involving both Chat and Voice support. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and a customer-focused approach.

• Follow process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction parameters.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
• Excellent and fluent English and Hindi are required.
• Candidates must have their own laptop.
• Stable Wi-Fi/internet connectivity is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Rotational weekly offs.
• Only candidates with strong verbal and communication skills will be considered.
